REGISTERING IN COMPASS 21
How do we register our church in Youth Unlimited's Compass 21 Benchmarking and Action Plan process?
Follow these steps:

1) Download the Compass 21 brochure and contract form.

2) Contact Dawn Geschiere, Compass 21 facilitator, at 616-241-5616, ext. 3046, or c21@youthunlimited.org.

3) Begin asking for commitments from each of your Compass 21 Team members.
Note: We recommend a C21 Team that includes the Senior Pastor, Youth Pastor or Youth Director (if in place), volunteer youth leaders, at least one or two representatives from your children's ministries, one or two council members, a parent of a high school student and middle school student, and at least two of your high school youth.

4) Complete the Compass 21 contract and send the form along with your deposit of $300 USD/CAD or the total registration fee of $2500 USD/CAD.

5) Your YU trained C21 Facilitator will contact you to schedule your 18-20 hours of on-site Compass 21 sessions. Note>>These sessions may be scheduled in varying formats, but your Compass 21 facilitator will come to your site one time for the duration of the sessions.

6) Once the Compass 21 dates are finalized you will notify each Compass 21 team member to mark their calendars. Your facilitator will send your Compass 21 preparation materials, and you will begin completing your Youth Ministry Assessment.
