This option is based on Youth Unlimited’s Seven Biblical Shared Values of youth ministry. This complete Compass 21 option is ideal for church leaders who want to engage their whole church in visioning for the children and youth ministry, goal-setting and action planning with the support of a trained facilitator.

Pre-training:
Individual and Team Self-Evaluation of your current ministry and ministry needs

Phase I and Phase II Compass 21 materials for the team
Team Self-Evaluation Summary Report

16-18 Hours of In-Person facilitated assessment workshops to create:
Team Goals and priorities + methods to achieve desired outcomes

Six-to-nine-month follow-up support of Action Plan implementation
