LEADERSHIP TRAINING WORKSHOP
Kick-off your ministry season!
Inspire and train all children and youth leaders with a fall or January workshop.

Cost - $150 USD/CAD + Travel Expenses

Plan and implement a 2-hour training workshop for everyone who leads and teaches children and youth in your church. Your Compass 21 facilitator will come and offer a training that brings all leaders on the same page—excited and ready to begin a new ministry season.

To tailor make your leadership training workshop - choose up to 2 topics based on Youth Unlimited’s
7 Biblical Values of youth ministry. Once you decide on your topic(s), you’ll talk with your facilitator and receive a more extensive menu of choices within each Biblical value area:

Relational - connecting and strengthening youth to Jesus Christ as you grow intergenerational relationships between youth and the entire church body -- Ephesians 4:16
Intentional - clearly defining the overall purpose of the church's youth ministry -- Proverbs 16:3
Evangelistic - equipping students to be and bring Jesus to others through actions and words as they engage with others in their communities -- Matthew 28:19-20
Transformational - growing and challenging students to live out their faith by processing Biblical truths and applying them to their lives -- Romans 12:2
Exemplary - leaders experiencing God and giving evidence of the Spirit working through them by using their gifts and growing spiritually through prayer and time in spent in the Word -- 2 Timothy 2:15
Nurturing - recognizing that each student learns, grows, and develops spiritually at a different pace
-- 1 Peter 2:2-3
Responsive - adapting to the constantly changing contexts and needs of the youth culture by utilizing the best youth ministry resources and formats currently available -- 1 Corinthians 9:22
