Youth Unlimited developed Compass 21 to help churches and evaluate foundations for effective youth ministry. Now with a full, mini and personal version available, Compass 21 has evolved through the years to be fully utilized as an evaluation and revitalization tool for student ministries within the context of the whole church.
Through an intense and vital performance evaluation process, you will walk away with a range of action-oriented goals that are believable, achievable, measurable, visible and based on the seven Biblical principles of ministry.
The Full Compass 21 Experience:
With the help of a facilitator, your students, youth leaders, parents and pastors will openly communicate, set goals and come up with an intentional direction that fits your unique youth ministry. Together, your team will walk away with a range of Biblical action-oriented goals that are believable, achievable and measurable.
Cost: $1,750 USD plus travel, accommodations and meals for the facilitator. Cost covers 12 hours of in-person facilitation and up to five months of follow-up.
