Welcome to the Youth Unlimited 2008 Convention Crew Page. In order to run Convention 2008 smoothly we will need over 100 crew members. We would love to have you join us and experience the joys of Convention! We have many different opportunities available for you to help.

What is Crew?
Please check out the possibilities below. If you need any more information, please contact us. We would love to hear from you. We are ready to serve with you at the 2008 Youth Unlimited Convention in Bozeman!

Small Group Leader (SGL) Crew
Register as a SGL, participate fully in Convention, and volunteer for small duties when available (i.e. registration help, recreation, seminar hosts...).

Full-time Crew
Register as a crew member, receive accommodations and meals along with the conventioneers at a reduced registration fee, participate in all aspects of Convention (when not working), and work 6-8 hours a day as a volunteer. Once you register as CREW you will be assigned responsibilities for each day by the Hospitality Coordinator. You will receive your assignments prior to the event (although there will be adjustments as necessary). Here are examples of the possible crew positions:

-- First Aid: Assist in the first aid office (nurses, EMTs, Paramedics, etc)
-- Transportation: Assist with medical and other transportation needs during check in and throughout convention
-- Information Center: Give helpful, cheerful information during convention at a central location
-- Convention Store: Help with product sales, merchandise placement and set up of the store
-- Hospitality: Helping with production and distribution of signs, VIP escorts, assemble welcome bags (if applicable)
-- Recreation: Help with games, tournaments, free time activities
