Registration for CONVENTION 2008 is now open!
A Total Package which equals great value – limited space - 1500 – register early.   Your registration fee covers ALL of your convention experience.  From gifted communicators of the Word and an inspiring worship band to food, lodging, small group experience and tee shirt –we have it all covered.  Just register and show up—it’s that simple!

Eligibility
Conventioneers must be 14 years old or through grade 8 by July 25, 2008

Registration Fees and Dates
Pre-registration by church group is available from October 1, 2007 to February 10, 2008. A deposit of $50 USD / $75 CAD per spot will reserve your space until April 1, 2008. Deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable to your remaining balance.

Total Package Registration:
1. Early Bird by February 10, 2008….$385.00 USD / $455 CAD
2. Regular – Feb. 2, 2008 to April 1, 2008….$410 USD / $485 CAD
3. Late after April 1, 2008….$460 USD / $540 CAD

Roommates
All desired roommates must be indicated on your registration form.

Cancellations
Youth Unlimited will refund monies in excess of $150 USD / $175 CAD if written cancellation request is received by Youth Unlimited prior to May 1, 2008.

Use your Talent at Convention
The Convention Planning Committee is looking for youth to participate at the Mainstage sessions in the areas of music, dance and drama.  If you would like apply, please check the appropriate box on the registration form and additional information will be sent to you.

Adult Information Only
Small Group Leaders
Youth Unlimited strongly suggests a ratio of 1 leader per 5 students from your church. Youth Unlimited requires churches that register as their own small group to send at least one person of each gender to serve as their small group leaders. Since some youth will be registering as individuals, we will need additional small group leaders as well. We will send all small group leaders a training manual in advance so you can prepare to lead your Small Group. Married couples may serve together as SGLs.

Prayer Friends
We have a special place at the Convention called Prayer Place after each mainstage event for prayer and sharing. You are invited to be someone who will listen to and pray with teens that are seeking a closer relationship with Christ. Please indicate your interest in serving by marking the appropriate box in the "Adult Applicants Only" section of the registration form.
