Speakers/Worship Leaders at Convention '09 Include:

Remedy Drive

Remedy Drive is an independent rock band from Lincoln, NE.  "The last thing any of us are looking for is a diluted existence - the shadow and not the substance." says David Zach, songwriter for the band.  Remedy Drive is currently on tour in support of their most recent album 'Rip Open The Skies'. This new project focuses the energy and momentum of a band most known for the harmonies and intensity in their piano driven rock tunes.  This band claims to have found the hope that reaches beyond the boundaries of a fallen world.  This music is a call to a new life and a new heart. www.remedydrive.com

Jarrod Jones

Only minutes into his presentation, students discover that Jarrod Jones is different from the rest. Jarrod's passionate delivery commands their attention while he unpacks the most important truths of the Christian life. Students are riveted by his teaching and often realize that God is speaking to them to make a change in their life.

At 6'7", Jarrod towers over the audience. It's no wonder that students give their full attention when they see this former NCAA basketball player take the microphone.  Jarrod speaks to tens of thousands at churches, conferences, festivals and various ministry events all over the United States and Canada.  He currently resides in Birmingham, AL with his wife Christie and two sons; Josiah and Titus.  He completed his first book and Devotional Study Guide in 2006 entitled The Backward Life: Loving the God You’re Made For, Living the Life You’re Meant For.

Rob Roozeboom

Like many small-town boys growing up in the Midwest, Rob Roozeboom’s desire was to be a farmer and an athlete. Muscular Dystrophy cut short both those dreams while he was still in his teens.  But that was the beginning of Rob’s story, not the end.  Today, Rob is a man on a mission “to take what I’ve been dealt with and use it to affect the lives of others”. He’s the founder and president of RISE Ministries, Inc., an organization that teaches teens and adults how to overcome adversity in their lives.  www.riseministries.com
