Transportation Policy
Registration Fees do NOT include transportation to and from sites. All international flights to and from sites are arranged by Youth Unlimited EXCEPT for US, Canadian and Mexican sites. Airfare is not included in the international registration fees.
Each group of five or more must also provide vehicle(s) and adult driver(s) (typically small group leaders) to transport an equal number of participants during the duration of the mission trip for all US and Canadian sites, except for Southwest USsites. If your group is unable to provide van transportation, please have a youth leader call YU to discuss options and additional charges.
Cancellation
Policy/Refund Policy/Site Change Policy>>>
For US, Canadian and Mexican experiences, Youth Unlimited will refund monies in excess of $150 US/$175 CAD if written
cancellation request is received by Youth Unlimited prior to April 1, 2008.
No refunds will be made after April 1, 2008 for summer missions experiences and prior to February 1 for spring break mission expereinces. Please note that pre-registration
deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to your remaining balance
due.
For all other international experiences, the cancellation policy varies based on whether the fees were paid by the individual or by financial supporters. Contact us for more information.
If you request a change
of site location or switch participants after April 1, 2008, an additional
$50 USD/$70 CAD will be charged to cover administrative costs.
Extreme Weather or Disaster Cancellation>>>
Youth Unlimited has your group’s safety in mind as we host events. If we are unable to host an event due to weather conditions or national disaster, deposits cannot be refunded. Refunds of final balance payments will be made only if properties and/or locations refund Youth Unlimited for these costs. If an event is hosted as scheduled and your group cancels or reduces numbers due to weather conditions or other concerns, all payments are non-refundable. |
