WHERE U AT? Urban Youth Conference

INFORMATION FOR THE WEEKEND

The Conference will begin at 7:00 pm on Friday and end at 12:00 noon on Sunday.

What To Bring:
Bible
Pen/pencil
Towel
Sleeping bag/blanket and pillow
Warm clothes for outdoor activities
Clothes/shoes for 3 on 3 basketball tournament
One piece swim suit

What NOT To Bring:
Cell phones, iPods, handheld games, etc.
Weapons
Drugs & Alcohol
Cigarettes
Valuables

Information for leaders:
Each person must have a completed registration form with parental signatures and insurance information to be allowed on the grounds of SpringHill Camp.  Please bring all medications in original bottles with you to registration to be dispensed by staff members. 

Everyone must sign up as a group.  You must bring one leader for every 5 students.  Churches should send at least one adult of each gender to serve as their small group leaders.  Leaders will be housed by gender with the students.

Event Rules:
1.  Do NOT enter cabins or rooms that house the opposite gender.
2.  No possession or use of alcohol, weapons or illegal drugs.

Violation of these rules will result in the student being sent home at his/her own expense.
