Full registration costs start at $320.00.
Some sites are slightly more due to location or transportation.
Forms and payment must be completed by April 1 to receive the discounted price of $320.00. After April 1 the cost is $370.00
Pre-Registration
PRE-REGISTRATION (CLOSED)
November 1 through February 1.You simply need the number of students and adults (5 to 1 ratio) from your church and an accompanying $50 US deposit to reserve each spot. The Full Registration Form and payment are due by April 1*
Full-Registration
FULL REGISTRATION
November 1 through March 31. Full Registration requires each person to complete all of the required fields of the registration form and include full payment for the specified site.
*If you do not fill all your reserved spots, unused deposits may not be applied to balance due.

Registering Adult Leaders Must:
- Be at least 21 years old and mature Christian role models.
- Have their pastor approve and sign their registration form endorsing their participation as a small group leader.
- Work as site supervisors and discussion facilitators for a small group of 6-8 students.
Your Church must register and send
- One adult for every five teens attending from your church.
- At least one adult of each gender if students of each gender are attending.
